1-Year Accessory Warranty

This protective gear set is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, worn dry-erase surfaces, incorrect fit, misuse, modification, poor care or damage caused by an accident or impact.

30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee

If the set is not right for your child, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Australian team can assist with fit guidance and explain the available return or exchange options.

Return Conditions

For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, the protective gear must be:

• Unused and only tried on indoors
• Clean, unmarked and free from dry-erase artwork
• Complete with both markers, all pads, straps, labels and instructions
• Returned in its original, undamaged packaging

Please do not use the pads outdoors, draw on the caps or remove the labels until you are satisfied with the fit. For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Claims

Before returning the set, email our team with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos showing the affected pad or component, your delivery address and daytime contact number.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item

If Kids Bikes Online sends the wrong item, or your protective set arrives damaged or is confirmed faulty, contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include return shipping, replacement or refund.

Inspect Before Every Use

Check the caps, foam, rivets, wrist splints and straps before each use. Stop using and replace any pad that is cracked, damaged, excessively worn or no longer stays securely in position.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and return policy and cannot be excluded.
