For the bulk of our deliveries we use Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post. You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post or Sendle. The courier will NOT require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home (Authority to Leave assumed).

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

Email support@kidsbikesonline.com.au with the following:

– Description of the issue
– Digital photo of the defect
– Your complete shipping address
– Daytime phone number
– Email address

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is on our end (wrong colour, style, or size sent — in which case we’ll provide a prepaid return label).
