All in-stock orders leave our Sydney warehouse within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit times below apply.

Before It Leaves Our Warehouse

Order Processing & Dispatch

We pick, pack and dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days from our Sydney warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside normal warehouse processing periods begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been collected by the carrier, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Dispatch time and transit time are different. For example, a metro order may take up to 2 business days to leave our warehouse, followed by approximately 2–5 business days in carrier transit.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Simple Flat-Rate Delivery

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all products, except the Kidvelo Rookie 24, which ships for $60. These rates apply across Australia, including metro, regional and remote locations.

The times below are estimated business days in transit after dispatch from our Sydney warehouse.

These are estimated carrier transit ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote or very remote locations may take longer depending on transport schedules and local carrier coverage.

Where We Deliver

Australian Delivery Only

Kids Bikes Online delivers to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship any products to New Zealand or other international destinations.

Know Where Your Order Is

Carriers & Tracking

We select the most appropriate available carrier for your order based on parcel size, destination and service availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking can take several hours to update after the first carrier scan, so movement may not be visible immediately.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Receiving Your Delivery

Authority to Leave & Safe Delivery

Courier deliveries may be left in a safe place when nobody is available to receive them. If there is no appropriate secure location at your home, consider using a suitable business or work address where permitted.

If you are shipping to a business address, please include the business name in your delivery details.

Buying a bike as a surprise? Bike cartons may make the contents obvious. For birthday or Christmas surprises, consider delivery to a suitable alternative address.

Address Requirements

Please Check Your Delivery Details

Bikes and many other parcels require a physical delivery address. We do not deliver large courier items to PO Boxes.

Please include the following details where relevant:

• Correct street address
• Unit or apartment number
• Business name
• Correct suburb and postcode
• Current mobile number
• Useful delivery instructions

Incorrect or incomplete address information can delay delivery and may result in additional carrier charges.

Good To Know

Peak Periods & Unexpected Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated transit ranges. However, delivery networks can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Possible causes of delay include:

• Christmas and major promotional periods
• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• Floods, bushfires or road closures
• Carrier network disruptions
• Remote-area transport schedules

If your tracking has stopped updating for an unusually long period, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

In-Stock, Pre-Order & Backordered Products

Our 2-business-day dispatch commitment applies to in-stock products. If an item is advertised as a pre-order, backorder or has a special lead time, the timeframe displayed on the product page takes precedence.
