5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
The Kidvelo Rookie 14 is covered for five years against manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and a maximum rider weight of 50kg.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications, accident damage or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee
We want your child to feel comfortable and confident on their new bike. If the Rookie 14 is not right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will explain the available options under our returns policy.
Many sizing, setup, pedal-conversion and brake-adjustment concerns can be resolved quickly with expert guidance, so please contact us before arranging a return.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact Kids Bikes Online before returning or exchanging a product. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and, where required, a Return Authorisation Number.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Approved change-of-mind returns must meet the conditions in our returns policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when the item supplied matches the order and product description.
If you are considering a change-of-mind return, keep the bike and pedal kit unused, unmarked, complete with all original components and packed in the original packaging. Contact us before the bike is used outdoors.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item
If we send the wrong item, or your bike arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and cannot be excluded.
