1-Year Accessory Warranty

This lock is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or damaged keys, misuse, corrosion caused by poor care, attempted theft, cutting, forced entry, modification or accidental damage.

Please note: A bicycle lock is a theft deterrent and cannot guarantee that a bike will not be stolen. The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in the lock; it does not cover theft, loss or damage to the secured bike or other property.

30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee

If the lock is not right for your family’s needs, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Australian team can help with product guidance and explain the available return options.

Return Conditions

For an approved change-of-mind return, the lock must be:

• Unused, clean and unmarked
• Not attached to a bike or used outdoors
• Complete with both original keys and the storage strap
• Complete with all original labels, instructions and packaging

Please do not remove the keys, labels or packaging or use the lock until you are satisfied it suits your requirements. For approved change-of-mind returns, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Claims

Before returning the lock, email our team with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos or a short video demonstrating the fault, your delivery address and daytime contact number.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item

If Kids Bikes Online sends the wrong item, or your lock arrives damaged or is confirmed faulty, contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include return shipping, replacement or refund.

Care and Safe Use

Inspect the cable, vinyl cover and locking mechanism before use. Close the keyway dust cover after locking, store the spare key securely, avoid placing the cable around the neck or body, and supervise younger children when they are learning to use the lock.
