Kids Bikes Online 5-Year Bike Warranty
Your Cruzee Balance Bike is covered for five years against manufacturing defects, subject to the Kids Bikes Online warranty terms and the product being used correctly for its intended purpose.
Cruzee Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
Cruzee states that its balance bikes are eligible for limited lifetime warranty cover for the original owner against defects in materials, workmanship or parts. Complete Cruzee’s free product registration after purchase and retain your proof of purchase, as registration and the manufacturer’s warranty conditions may apply.
Warranty cover does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications, accidents or use outside the bike’s intended purpose.
30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee
We want your child to feel comfortable and confident on their new bike. If the Cruzee is not right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will explain the available options under our returns policy.
Many fit, setup and adjustment concerns can be resolved quickly with expert guidance, so please contact us before arranging a return.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact Kids Bikes Online before returning or exchanging a product. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and, where required, a Return Authorisation Number.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Approved change-of-mind returns must meet the conditions in our returns policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when the item supplied matches the order and product description.
If you are considering a change-of-mind return, keep the bike unused, unmarked, complete with all original components and packed in its original packaging. Contact us before the bike is used outdoors.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item
If we send the wrong item, or your bike arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of these written warranties and cannot be excluded.

The Cruzee is generally recommended for ages 2–4.5 and children with an inseam of approximately 29–44cm. Measure your child’s inseam before ordering or contact us for personal sizing help.

Perfect balance bike for Toddlers
This bike is great for toddlers and young children before progressing to a bike with pedals. It is very light weight, so much so that my 2.5 year old can easily pick it up and carry it. The seat and handle bar height is adjustable so I think I will get around 3-4 years out of this bike. The wheels are made of foam instead of being air filled which has meant we haven’t needed to refill the tyres. Very happy with the purchase.
