Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable GST is included in the displayed consumer price.

Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Please review your products, delivery details and total before submitting payment.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed successfully.

If an Order Needs Attention

Pricing Errors & Unavailable Products

If we identify a pricing error or find that an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and discuss a resolution.

We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order and it is cancelled, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated delivery charge that no longer applies.

Any cancellation or resolution remains subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Getting Your Order to You

Shipping & Delivery

Kids Bikes Online delivers within Australia only. We do not ship to New Zealand or other international destinations.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all products, except the Kidvelo Rookie 24, which ships for $60.

Warranties, Returns & Refunds

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact our team so we can help assess and resolve the issue.

We also offer 30-day change-of-mind returns, subject to the eligibility conditions in our returns policy.
