This pump is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect valve connection, modification, poor care, corrosion, exceeding pressure limits or accidental damage.

If the pump is not right for your riding setup, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Australian team can help confirm valve compatibility and explain the available return options.

Return Conditions

For an approved change-of-mind return, the mini pump must be:

• Unused, clean and unmarked
• Complete with the mounting bracket, dust cap and all supplied hardware
• Complete with all original labels and instructions
• Returned in its original, undamaged packaging

Please do not mount or use the pump until you are satisfied it suits your requirements. For approved change-of-mind returns, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Claims

Before returning the pump, email our team with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos or a short video demonstrating the fault, your delivery address and daytime contact number.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item

If Kids Bikes Online sends the wrong item, or your pump arrives damaged or is confirmed faulty, contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include return shipping, replacement or refund.

Safe Use and Inspection

Inspect the pump, bracket and valve head before use. Support the pump head while inflating to avoid bending the tyre valve, and stop using the pump if any component becomes cracked, loose, damaged or difficult to operate safely.
