2-Year Hornit Manufacturer’s Warranty

Hornit helmets are covered for two years from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to Hornit’s warranty terms and proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, impact damage, cosmetic damage, improper care, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or use outside the helmet’s intended purpose.

Replace a Helmet After an Impact

A helmet that has received a significant impact should be replaced, even when no damage is visible. The protective liner may have absorbed impact energy and should not be relied upon for another accident.

30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee

If the Hornit helmet is not right for your family, contact Kids Bikes Online within 30 days of delivery and our team will explain the available options under our returns policy.

Helmet Return Conditions

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, approved change-of-mind helmet returns must be unused, clean, unmarked and complete with all labels, instructions, accessories and original packaging. Please try the helmet on carefully indoors and contact us before it is used for riding.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when the supplied helmet matches the size, design and product description ordered.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item

If we send the wrong item, or your helmet arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step, which may include replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and cannot be excluded.
