• Small/Medium: 53–57cm head circumference
• Large/X-Large: 57–60cm head circumference
• Best For: Riders aged 5+ whose measured head circumference fits one of the ranges above

Fit tip: Measure around the widest part of the head, starting across the middle of the forehead. If the measurement sits between sizes, Triple 8 recommends choosing the larger size. Age is only a guide—always select a helmet using the rider’s head measurement.

1-Year Helmet Warranty

This helmet is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect fit, misuse, modification, poor care or damage caused by an accident or impact.

30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee

If the helmet is not right for your rider, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Australian team will help with sizing advice and explain the available return or exchange options.

Helmet Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind helmet returns must be approved before being sent back. The helmet must be:

• Unused and only tried on indoors
• Clean, unmarked and free from hair, odour and cosmetic products
• Complete with all original pads, labels, instructions and accessories
• Returned in its original, undamaged packaging

Please do not remove labels or use the helmet outdoors until you are satisfied with the fit. For approved change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Claims

Before returning a helmet, email our team with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the helmet and issue, the certification label or batch details if visible, your delivery address and daytime contact number.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Item

If Kids Bikes Online sends the wrong item, or your helmet arrives damaged or is confirmed faulty, contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include return shipping, repair, replacement or refund.

Replace After a Significant Impact

A helmet can be damaged internally even when no crack is visible. Stop using it and replace it after a significant impact or crash, or whenever you notice damage, deterioration or a compromised fit.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this written warranty and return policy and cannot be excluded.
